How much is each class?

Jiggle Jam Junior classes are $23 per 40 minute class. Sibling discounts available. Maestro classes (3.5-5yrs) are $25 per session for 45 minutes. Bookings are made in term blocks. We offer a pro-rata fee structure so you can join the term at any time. Please contact us for our Early Learning Centre prices and packages. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Do you offer a free trial?

Unfortunately we no longer offer free trials at our locations as sessions are popular and fill with paid enrolments. What we do offer is a 4-week guarantee; if your child is genuinely unhappy and not engaging in the sessions after 4 classes we will refund you for the remaining classes in the term. Do you offer refunds? What is the 4 week guarantee?

If your little one is genuinely not happy and is not engaging after 4 classes we will refund the remaining balance on your account. Adjusting to a new environment can be tricky! It often takes a few weeks of observing to build the confidence to participate. Our 4-week guarantee gives your little one the time they may need to feel comfortable in the space. We don't offer refunds for change of mind.

What happens if my child misses a class?

We offer unlimited make-up classes at all locations throughout the term. Please contact us for session availability - we will always do our best to fit you in. Make-up classes are subject to availability.

What should I do if my child is sick?

Please take advantage of our make-up classes above. It is important that you don't bring your children to class if they are unwell. This is especially important in the current climate. Please don't attend the session if your child has a fever, rash, an eye infection, vomited in the past 48 hours or has a bad cough. We really appreciate that you make the right call. Can siblings attend the same class?

Absolutely! We welcome siblings to join a Jiggle Jam class together. We offer a sibling discount.

Is care giver participation required?

We encourage caregivers to participate in the session! Your child will get the most out of the class if you are engaged, assisting when needed and participating in the activities. We encourage independent learning for children in our Jiggle Jam Maestro session (3.5 - 5yrs).

What should my child wear?

We want your little one to be comfortable and safe in our classes. We recommend closed in shoes with a bit of grip. Sneakers are perfect. Leggings/pants/shorts and a t-shirt. Whatever is comfortable! Please no socks or bare feet.

What happens if Jiggle Jam cancels a class?

If due to unforeseen circumstances Jiggle Jam has to cancel a class you will have the option of a refund or credit. We will contact you with further details.
